Description: Design and construction of the client's new purpose-built Head Office in a Conservation Area. Ingleton Wood also designed a later extension of the ground floor office area to link with the adjacent office building.

The building won a "Design Award" from the Chelmsford Society and a Civic Award for "Enhancing the Environment".
