Description: The project comprises a Health Centre for 6 GP's and community offices for a Housing Association. The two elements are linked by a glazed atrium with shared circulation and waiting/reception areas. The scheme forms the last phase of Chingford Hall Estate redevelopment, standing on the site of a demolished 21-storey tower block.
