Our Building Surveying teams comprise professionally qualified Chartered Building Surveyors with support from trainee and assistant Building Surveyors as well as AutoCAD Technicians.  The teams have a broad range of experience and capabilities, handling commissions for a diverse mix of clients.

This diversity has lead to specialisations within the individual teams covering such matters as telecommunications, condition surveys, dilapidations, new build and works to existing buildings including refurbishment, alterations and conversions, and disabled access advice, to name but a few.

Much of the work undertaken by the Building Surveying teams emanates from framework agreements which form a large proportion of our workload.  We pride ourselves in providing a very high level of service and have successfully extended many of our framework agreements beyond the original term.
