Our planning team co-ordinates complex planning and development work for all our offices. In addition to in-house design projects, we also contribute to independent projects in partnership with external consultants.

Working with in-house or external architectural teams, we can handle planning and design issues in tandem, identifying the implications of planning policy and wider strategies at an early stage. This saves time and cost, avoids design compromises and gives our clients confidence that there will be 'no surprises' through the planning process.

We can also assist with the collation and submission of planning applications through the Planning Portal, as well as providing input to the Design & Access Statement and other supporting documentation.

As accredited facilitators for 'Planning for Real' and 'Placecheck', we can advise on and implement consultation strategies for optimising public and stakeholder involvement.
