BREEAM

Ingleton Wood have accredited assessors for all the building types covered under the Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).

These include: Courts, Data Centres, education, healthcare, higher education, industrial, international, in-use, multi-residential, offices, other buildings (bespoke), prisons, residential (Code for Sustainable Homes) and retail.

Our BREEAM Accredited Professionals (AP's) have demonstrated specialist knowledge of sustainability and environmental design to provide expert advice to our clients.

In recognition of the significant contribution a BREEAM Accredited Professional can make to the design process, up to two BREEAM credits can be awarded depending upon the stage of the project the AP is appointed.
