Customer Care Policy
Customer care reflects an organisation's philosophy.
Ingleton Wood LLP's philosophy places the provision of a responsive, high quality and client/customer orientated service at the top of its agenda of objectives. All practice staff are fully aware of and committed to achieving this objective.
The Practice conducts its business according to the highest professional and ethical ideals with its approach to clients and customers founded on the concept of providing value for money within a framework of comprehensive service and advice. As part of that approach, all practice commissions are personally overseen by a Partner, Associate or other senior professional member of staff designated for the purpose.
Ingleton Wood LLP also regards the willingness of its personnel to remain readily accessible to clients, end users and customers at all times as being an essential pre-requisite in providing a caring client/customer, quality based service.
Any complaints about any failure to maintain these high standards will immediately be investigated in accordance with the Practice's published Complaints Procedure.
