Quality Policy

Ingleton Wood LLP are wholly committed to and focused upon providing client services which:
  • Achieve, sustain and improve reliable, high quality services provided in a manner that will continually meet stated, implied and perceived needs of the practice's clients in a cost effective way.
The partners (members) establish reviewable quality objectives to ensure that through implementation of the Practice Management System, which conforms the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, the practice is able to:
  • Provide documented assurance to clients that the intended quality of service will be achieved.
Measurement and analysis of feedback and selected Key Performance Indicators are used both to ensure that the services provided by the practice satisfy the needs and expectations of clients and other interested parties as well as to provide data as a basis for continual improvement.

Quality improvement and maintaining client satisfaction are the responsibility of every Ingleton Wood employee.

With auditing and staff training for improvement and by ensuring all employees clearly understand the practice business goals the practice strive to meet and maintain client satisfaction.
