Ingleton Wood has extensive experience of the commercial sector, ranging from offices and retail projects, to technical facilities, car parks and industrial work.

As a multi-disciplinary practice, we offer an integrated design and management approach to projects, including repairs and refurbishments as well as new-build, extensions and alterations. The practice provides a comprehensive consultancy from early stage feasibility studies and concept design, through to specifications, working drawings, tender and contract administration.

Much of the Practice's work is repeat business, working in framework agreements with long-standing clients such as NCP, Essex Fire & Rescue Service and Suffolk Police.

We can provide professional services including dilapidations, party walls and condition surveys and asset management plans as part of a comprehensive package to cover all the services required at lease end for both building owners and leaseholders.

Sustainability is a fundamental aspect of our design approach, and the introduction of EPC's and DEC's has brought environmental performance to the top of the design agenda. Working with our environmental design team, we seek whole-life best value solutions where capital cost is evaluated against operating costs. We can also evaluate renewable energy options in terms of pay-back periods.

Our interior design team can provide space planning and fit-out services. Working with our Building Services team, we can provide adaptable layouts which integrate the IT and data provision, provide flexible services distribution in raised floors or suspended ceilings, and achieve a design image to meet our clients' aspirations.
