Description: Regeneration project of 3 schemes including 45 flats and community offices, designed to promote regeneration of this part of the city centre.
Ingleton Wood worked closely with the planning department to achieve a contemporary scheme, which integrates the development into the existing streetscape. The design steps up in height to 6-storeys on the corner of the site overlooking the city's inner ring road.
