Our London office recently held their latest Ingleton Wood funded team building event, a bowling tournament which was hosted by All Star Lanes at Westfield, Stratford.
Staff took advantage of two private bowling lanes in ‘The West Wing’, an area inspired by the bowling alley at the White House!
Staff were split into 4 equal teams by All Star Lanes, with each team member having to play all 10 frames with the accumulated score of all team members counting towards their place on the leader board. It was fair to say that team competitiveness was in overdrive with lots of cheering and light-hearted heckling!
All staff agreed it was a great event which encouraged teamwork and staff of different departments and disciplines to get to know one another a little better, where ordinarily they may not work together on a daily basis. Another fun team building evening that was enjoyed by all, watch this space for the next event!
