Ingleton Wood conduct mock interviews at local school Friday, 1st December 2017

Earlier this week four Ingleton Wood employees enjoyed an insightful and positive morning spent at The Gilberd School in Colchester conducting mock interviews with Year 10 students alongside other local employers.

Ingleton Wood staff; Shelagh Facchini - HR Manager, Rachel Smith - Team Administrator, Alex Gibson - BIM Manager and Duncan Stewart - Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist each interviewed 10 students. Our team thoroughly enjoyed helping the future workforce with their interview techniques, providing advice and guidance on further studies and career prospects.
