With a background in both professional building surveying and project management, Chris has been a Building Surveyor since 2000 and joined Ingleton Wood in 2013 as part of the Billericay team. Working up through the Practice, Chris became a Partner in 2021.
Primarily Chris’ team focus on large and small project works and he also undertakes Expert Witness work covering building pathology, defects and contract matters. Chris has a breadth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, local authority, residential and conservation, ensuring client satisfaction and quality together with tight financial control.
Chris spends much of his time advising public sector clients with regard to funding strategies, maintenance of their estate and master-planning. He is also a key lead in bringing together the right multi-disciplinary teams to meet the client’s needs.
