As the Country emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to let you know that Ingleton Wood LLP maintains it's comprehensive plan to ensure the highest level of service, resilience and availability. Being able to respond quickly to rapidly evolving situations like this pandemic while maintaining as near an uninterrupted service as possible is a key part of our Business Continuity plan.
Our infrastructure is resilient, and cloud based; all staff can access all servers from any location. Our phone system is fully cloud and mobile based so all our Direct Dial numbers continue to work, and our reception is virtually manned.
All staff have access to Microsoft Teams which has excellent video and phone conferencing capability. We can use other applications including Zoom and Skype if these suit your systems better.
Our commitment to our clients and our staff is absolute – one does not exist without the other. We are keeping abreast of the Government’s guidance as we gradually tranistion back to our offices. At present our offices remain closed to visitors and we are still operating a virtual first meeting policy.
We remain committed to the Health and Safety of our staff and clients, their families and their communities and will provide updates should further government advice change the way in which we are working. In these ever changing times, we welcome any dialogue around how we can maintain our own high standards of service.
