As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we want to let you know Ingleton Wood LLP has a comprehensive plan in place to ensure the highest level of service, resilience and availability. Being able to respond quickly to rapidly evolving situations like this pandemic while maintaining as near an uninterrupted service as possible is a key part of our Business Continuity plan.
Our infrastructure is resilient, and cloud based; all staff can access all servers from any location and we have now moved to 100% homeworking. From the 17th May 2021 our staff will begin a phased return to our offices in line with Government's Roadmap. Our phone system is fully cloud and mobile based so all our Direct Dial numbers continue to work, and our reception is virtually manned.
All staff have access to Microsoft Teams which has excellent video and phone conferencing capability. We can use other applications including Zoom and Skype if these suit your systems better.
Our commitment to our clients and our staff is absolute – one does not exist without the other. We are keeping abreast of the Government’s guidance as it looks to relax restrictions over the coming months.
We remain committed to the Health and Safety of our staff and clients, their families and their communities and will provide updates should further government advice change the way in which we are working. These are difficult and complicated times for all of us and we welcome any dialogue around how we can maintain our own high standards of service.
We confirm we have complied with the Government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. Please click here to see our 5 steps to working safer together.
