This is the third site to come from the partnership between Tower Hamlets Community Housing and National Rail and the third to receive full planning approval.
This challenging site consisting of a 300m strip of land to the south side of the main railway line on the approach to Liverpool Street station, has resulted in one of the most dynamic residential designs the area has seen, and sits only metres from the listed Victorian viaduct.
With a well-balanced combination of two storey family units and smaller apartment, the scheme also includes commercial space at ground level.
