Neil Henderson

Job title: Director | Building Surveying

Discipline: Building Surveying

Office: Cambridge

Professional status: BSc MRICS

Neil joined Ingleton Wood to head up the Building Surveying team in Cambridge and as such his remit includes the development and delivery of our services to commercial clients both regionally and nationally.

He has a broad range of experience across most building types ranging from new build, refurbishment and conservation to corporate office fit outs. His focus has been predominantly in the commercial sector (office, industrial and retail) advising investors, funds, landlords and building occupiers on most building surveying disciplines.

During his career Neil has been involved with several large scale dilapidations settlements and has provided pre-acquisition survey advice on several landmark buildings. He has monitored a number of developments on behalf of funders, banks and tenants to ensure that risks are articulated and appropriate mitigation measures are put in place. Neil has also delivered significant refurbishment projects, as well as smaller contracts that help address client’s specific requirements.

Likes: Family time, Dunfermline Atheltic and watching Scotland win at rugby

Dislikes: Midgies, shelfish and Scotland losing at rugby
