Ingleton Wood has strengthened its senior team with a series of promotions.
Simon Gorst, who joined the Practice in 2013, has been made Partner, while there are several other new appointments across all of our other offices.
With more than 10 years’ experience in professional and project consultancy, Simon will now be responsible for expanding and developing our commercial client base alongside other key members of the commercial surveying team.
He has significant experience advising commercial investors, occupiers and developers, providing services such as dilapidations advice, building surveys, neighbourly matters and building pathology. He has also led multi-million-pound refurbishments, extensions and new build projects through a variety of procurement routes.
Simon, who is based in our Billericay office, said: “I’m delighted to join the Partnership. The Practice has some ambitious plans and I’m looking forward to playing a big part in them. I’m very excited to have the opportunity to enhance Ingleton Wood’s presence in the commercial sector and promote new areas of growth.”
Meanwhile, Senior Associate Building Surveyor Chris Mabbutt has been appointed Director and Building Surveyor Steven Clarke made an Associate at our Billericay office.
The Cambridge office has promoted Associate Building Surveyor Gary Benn and Associate Architect Ian Morrison to Senior Associates, while Building Services Engineer Anthony Bailey becomes an Associate. Ingleton Wood’s Colchester and Norwich offices have also promoted Building Surveyor Paul Ruffell to Director and Architect Alec Hunter to Senior Associate.
