Nottingham Treatment Centre, operated by Circle Health, wanted to expand its level of service by providing in-patient facilities to allow additional clinical procedures to be performed. This was achieved through the conversion of part of the out-patient area to create 5 No. 1-beds, and 3 No. 2-bed wards all with fully accessible en-suite shower facilities.
The first phase of 11 beds was completed in 2013 and was designed to create a ‘hotel’ spec level of accommodation and finish. Due to the success of the Short Stay Unit, Ingleton Wood Martindales were re-appointed in 2016 to design an additional 5 bed-spaces split over two wards and further expand the service.
