The project comprises the conversion of a group of derelict barns on a working farm together with new-build infill, into a rural business park. Phase 1 was completed in 1998 accommodating the head office of a grain merchant, and Farm office. | Phases 2-5 comprised conversion of a rare Grade II-listed Octagon Barn together with 40,000ft2 of existing and new-build office suites.
