Senior Quantity Surveyor Team Lead Role: Billericay office
For this new role at our Billericay office, we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate extensive experience in managing a team as well as preparing bills of quantities in both SMM7 and NRM format. Experience of working in the education and healthcare sector, is desirable.
Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist: Billericay office
A Senior Architectural Technician or Technologist is required with experience of producing detailed working drawing packages using AutoCAD primarily, some experience of Revit is desirable.
The role is to work as part of the architectural team in liaison with other multidisciplinary teams and will involve work on a variety of projects in both the public and private sector.
Intermediate Mechanical Engineer: Cambridge office
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a building services design background looking to progress within a multidisciplinary Practice. Project experience in schools, hospitals and residential developments would be an advantage.
Architect/ Senior Architectural Technologist: Cambridge office
We require a project-running, high calibre architect or senior technician due to current and pipe-line workload, who can work independently and part of a team. In addition to proficiency in Autocad, use of Revit and an understanding of BIM through all stages of a project programme is also an advantage, however training can be provided.
The position involves running projects across a broad range of sectors, and in particular within education, healthcare and residential.
Architectural Assistant Part 2/ Technologist: Colchester office
We are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant with experience of producing detail design for tender packages and visualisations using AutoCAD and Revit.
Chartered Building Surveyor: London office
Due to the growth of the commercial surveying team working under the Director of Building Surveying we are now looking for a recently Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team in the London office working within a multidisciplinary Practice environment.
Project Architect: Norwich office
We are seeking a candidate with experience of working within the residential sector, this role will involve managing projects at both urban and rural locations.
