Planner/Senior Planner: Norwich
We are currently looking to expand our core Planning consultancy team, based in the Norwich office, with the recruitment of a new Planner/Senior Planner. The current team has an excellent reputation for sound planning advice and sculpting good consents for our broad client base.
Our workload is diverse in type, covering a range of sectors and locations and staff are given high degree of autonomy and client facing experience within the context of senior management support.
The ideal candidate will have:-
Electrical Engineer: Cambridge office
There is a new position for an Electrical Engineer in our Cambridge Office to provide electrical engineering design and project management support as part of the building services team.
Experience with health and education projects is desirable. Candidates must be good team players, preferably already operating at strong intermediate to senior level.
Assistant Building Surveyor: Colchester and Billericay offices
Ingleton Wood are looking to appoint Building Surveyors with a strong Project Management bias to work on a range of commissions. The level at which we wish to appoint is flexible and could range from a graduate with relevant work experience, to an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor. All suitable candidates within this range will be considered.
You will be required to undertake project-based Building Surveying services where you will need to be proficient in preparing or coordinating the preparation of drawings and specifications, and to undertake the contract administration role for a range of projects. You will also be required to assist in the delivery of pure Project Management services on various projects. An understanding of programme and risk management would therefore also be desirable. The level of supervision you will be expected to work under will depend on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
Projects are delivered across a range of sectors including all tiers of education, healthcare, emergency services, commercial, residential etc. If required we will also provide support for the successful candidate in progressing their RICS APC accreditation.
Graduate Structural Engineer: Cambridge office
We are currently recruiting for a Graduate to start in Summer 2017 or potentially a Graduate with up to two years’ experience for our Cambridge office.
Graduate Building Surveyor or Undergraduate on a part-time building surveying course: Colchester office
You will be involved in providing, under supervision, an efficient and effective building surveying and project management service to the Practice and our clients to deliver, design, develop, plan, co-ordinate, supervise and project manage building schemes.
You will be involved in a variety of project work across various sectors including education, healthcare, public services, commercial etc.
We will also support the successful candidate in progressing their APC accreditation.
Senior Chartered Building Surveyor: London office
Our London office is recruiting a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to work in a team specialising in dilapidations as well as a variety of other professional services on behalf of both public and private sector clients.
Senior Quantity Surveyor: Billericay office
For this new role at our Billericay office, we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate extensive experience in preparing Bills of Quantities in both SMM7 and NRM format. Experience of working in the education and healthcare sector in particular is desirable.
Chartered Building Surveyors: Colchester and Billericay offices
We have positions for senior surveyors with particular experience in healthcare and education projects.
