Building Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor (Professional Services): Billericay office
An experienced graduate Building Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor to work in a successful commercial team based in Billericay. To run the professional side of the team by undertaking dilapidations, party wall and other professional services on behalf of commercial clients.
The desire is to build the team to expand upon existing workloads and this role is to help develop this team under the Director.
Professionally and technically competent with a dynamic personality willing to work in a client facing role. Optional attribute is MRICS qualification
Senior Quantity Surveyor Team Lead Role: Billericay office
For this new role at our Billericay office, we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate extensive experience in managing a team as well as preparing bills of quantities in both SMM7 and NRM format. Experience of working in the education and healthcare sector, is desirable.
Senior/ Associate Civil Engineer: Cambridge office
A vacancy exists for a Senior/ Associate Civil Engineer in our Cambridge office to provide a professional civil engineering (roads and drainage associated with building developments) service to the Practice and its clients. Applications are welcome from chartered professionals or from those working towards professional status.
Architectural Technologist/ Project Architect: Cambridge office
We require a high calibre architect or architectural technologist for current and pipeline workload, who can work independently as well as part of a team. In addition to proficiency in AutoCAD, the use of Revit and an understanding of BIM through all stages of a project programme is also an advantage, however training can be provided.
The position involves independently closing drawing packages with the potential to manage projects within a broad range of sectors, in particular within education, healthcare and residential.
Architectural Technician/Technologist: Colchester Office
Intermediate level Technician/ Technologist with experience preferably in the residential sector. Revit would be an advantage. Auto CAD essential.
Trainee Building Surveyor: Colchester office
Working as part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team, the Practice will train you to qualify as a Chartered Building Surveyor. The training will be assisted with attendance at Anglia Ruskin University to undertake an RICS accredited degree on a part time basis (University fees to be met by the Practice). In addition to this, the successful candidate will be provided with study expenses and three days study leave (per annum) and a competitive holiday and salary package.

Head of Planning Team, Norwich
Experienced Planner required to head the Planning team based in Norwich and London. The ideal candidate will have both public sector and private sector experience as well as business development expertise.
Building Services Engineers: Norwich office
We are currently looking for Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers (Intermediate & Senior) with at least three years relevant design experience to join an existing MEP team in our Norwich Office.
We welcome applications from engineers of all levels to help with an expanding workload. Ideally applicants will be qualified to degree level within building services with a mechanical or electrical background and hold or working towards full membership of the CIBSE, IET or similar.
Team Administrator: Norwich office
A full time Team Administrator is required to provide efficient administrative support to the architecture, building services engineering and building surveying teams. It is essential that candidates are experienced in using Word and Excel including audio dictation using electronic dictation. The role includes reception and telephone answering duties and candidates need to have a professional and courteous telephone manner. It would be an advantage to have had previous experience in working in a building consultancy environment.
