Last week the Practice took part in Mental Health Awareness week with a focus on kindness. In such uncertain times, the importance of good mental health and kindness takes an even more crucial role in our daily lives. Here at Ingleton Wood, we spent the week celebrating all things related to kindness and encouraging our employees to carry out and shout about their random acts of kindness to help inspire us all. We saw families spending tech free time together, litter collected, flowers delivered, donations made, e-cards sent and even a cake bombing event to spread cheer on a Friday afternoon. We shared information on how we can individually and collectively support our mental health, and encouraged teams to connect and reduce loneliness, with a virtual tea and chat event.
This event really helped to inspire us and our teams, and build awareness of the power of kindness, whether it be towards our family, friends, colleagues or our communities.
