Simon is a partner of Ingleton Wood and heads up Commercial Building Surveying across the Practice. He is based in London and supports teams in a number of offices on business development, delivery of a quality service and business planning. 

Simon has a strong track record of over 20 years in professional and project consultancy, advising clients on individual properties and portfolio commissions. He has enjoyed creating, supporting and cultivating a number of teams around the Practice. 

He advises commercial investors, occupiers and developers on a variety of matters, providing services such as dilapidations, building surveys, neighbourly matters and building pathology. Further to this, he has led a variety of refurbishment, extension and new build projects through different procurement routes.

Simon is responsible for practice wide Quality and Health and Safety, working closely with our Audit & Compliance Manager and H&S Manager.
