Practice Management

Business Support
We have a central team that operates across the Practice providing Human Resources, Finance, IT support, Audit and Compliance, Health and Safety as well as Business Development and Marketing. All of our locations are supported by an Office Manager and administration teams. We employ these teams direct, our people know our people, they play an integral role supporting our employees and enable the quality service that we provide to our clients.

Business Management System
The Practice operates a business management system which is certified to the international standards for Quality Management (ISO9001:2015), Environmental Management (ISO14001:2015) and Health and Safety Management (ISO45001:2018). Our risk based, Partner driven system is maintained on a day-to-day basis by all staff, we proactively monitor for continual improvement via project review panels, and through our team of UKAS qualified internal auditors. We are externally audited by SGS at regular intervals to ensure the system is maintained and validated.

Information Security Management System
Ingleton Wood are pleased to announce that we have successfully achieved certification to the Information Security Standard ISO27001:2022, our documented security management system consists of security controls that protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of assets from threats and vulnerabilities.  The storage and processing of project specific and employee data is part of our core business, and it is our duty to protect our data and information assets, this applies to our entire practice, employees, sub-consultants, suppliers, and other identified interested parties.

Customer Care
Every client has a nominated Partner responsible for their commission. This is backed up by client feedback surveys and a complaints policy operated in accordance with RIBA and RICS standard procedures. Construction industry KPI’s are monitored against industry standards for best practice and continued improvement.

Project Management
Our bespoke project management software provides a centralised database for timesheets, expenses, resource analysis, sub-consultant registration, invoicing, contract administration and comprehensive financial reporting.

Communications
Transparency, collaboration and openness are fundamental to the successful relationships we maintain with our clients. We continue to invest in digital technology to aid communication, and ensure our clients feel part of the project delivery process. Through web access to project data, visibility of 2D and 3D models, and the removal of reliance on paper and printing services, allows us to deliver a fully compliant ISO 19650 collaboration and data sharing environment.
