In time critical projects we can deploy engineers who are also qualified project managers or CDM coordinators. We can work with clients to help develop a project brief, or act as Employer’s Agent, monitoring progress on site.

We can develop risk registers, issue logs and any other form of project documentation you may require. We are experienced in contract drafting and administration and can offer procurement advice.
