In addition to our building surveyors our specialist mechanical and electrical engineers, civil and structural engineers and sustainability consultants enable us to fully advise on planning, licence to alter, operational aspects as well as landlord and tenant issues.

In terms of project consultancy, we regularly lead and advise on workplace refurbishments and alterations for telecoms providers providing project management, architectural and interior design services. We often act in a checking role and review and approve service provider alterations to telecoms equipment. We have an understanding of the operational procedures required for large telecoms organisations and as a trusted partner we have inputted into the setting up of such procedures.
