Ingleton Wood Martindales has been working in the roadside retail market for more than 30 years, as architects and project managers for retail chains, petroleum retailers, roadside service companies and renewable energy providers.
We have worked with Sainsbury’s since the early 1990s on their fuel filling station estate throughout the UK. We have developed for our clients, innovations such as the temporary and Eco Petrol Filling Stations, as well as new concept and format designs.
The practice has expertise in delivering projects at all levels, from re-piping and tank installations, acquisitions, refurbishment and extensions of existing sites, through to new build PFS schemes, Convenience Stores, Roadside and Motorway Services Areas.
Ingleton Wood Martindales can deal with any aspect of development, from feasibility through planning consent to detailed construction design, management of the contract and delivering programmes on site. We also provide design services to contractors on design and build contracts.
As a company we design many of our projects using the latest BIM software and can fully integrate our information with that of other consultants. We are also able to provide fully rendered 3D images and walk-through visualisations.
As part of the Ingleton Wood LLP group, we can offer a fully multi-disciplinary design and management approach to projects including Building Services, Engineering, Building Surveying, Planning Consultancy and Environmental Design.
