In support of your planning application Ingleton Wood provide specialist technical guidance on items of drainage and flood risk.

Following the implementation of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, planning approval for development is subject to the determination of drainage principles to the satisfaction of the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA).
