Building Surveying

Our building surveying teams comprise professionally chartered Building Surveyors supported by Trainee and Assistant Building Surveyors. The teams have a broad base of experience and capabilities, handling commissions for a diverse range of clients.

Working across all sectors our surveyors specialise in condition surveys, dilapidations and the design and specification of smaller projects and maintenance works.

Framework agreements form a large proportion of our workload. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of service, and have successfully extended many of our frameworks agreements beyond their original term.

We are committed to providing our clients with sound professional advice. Through our expertise and multi-disciplinary approach we add value to all of our projects, at every stage.
