Regent House, Redhill

Standard Life Investments instructed Ingleton Wood to prepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations and then prepare, tender and administer the refurbishment of each office floor to an open plan layout, a building footprint of 3,585m². This comprised of new air-conditioning, ventilation, lighting, suspended ceiling ceilings, WCs and finishes. 

Works also included refurbishment of the reception area and respray of the windows both internally and externally.

The works were completed on time and within budget.
