Project Management

The Project Manager is the person that drives a project and all those involved towards an agreed end date for an agreed budget. The Project Manager works extremely closely with the client; shepherding stakeholders and assisting to define the brief. The Project Manager also liaises and organises the design team, contractor and any third parties that need to be involved in the successful delivery of a project. A good Project Manager needs to be adaptive, personable, persuasive, organised and driven. At Ingleton Wood our Project Managers fill all these criteria.
