Ingleton Wood LLP were appointed by Moreland Ltd for full multi-disciplinary design and project management services to reinstate 3 fi re damaged warehouses. The project was at Banters Lane Business Park in Great Leighs, Essex.

Ingleton Wood LLP were engaged to undertake Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Procurement and Contract Administration, for the reinstatement works. The works involved the demolition and clearance as well as reconstruction of the fire damaged units along with further Client improvements by providing mezzanine floors and office areas to each of the units.

The project was phased to suit the investigations and surveys required as well as occupation requirements.

The warehouses measure approximately 10,000 sq.ft. and are formed in steel portal frames, ground-bearing concrete floor slabs and insulated cladding/roof panels.
