Electrical Design

Our electrical team encompass many skills and disciplines, from small power and lighting design to IT and security systems, with specialist training in areas such as MEIGaN for healthcare facilities. We are experienced in the provision of lighting assessments as required by planners and can advise on the format and scope of the reports.

Our team has worked across all sectors and is skilled in the integration and application of new technologies such as LED lighting. We work on both new build and refurbishment projects and can advise on upgrades and the replacement of existing systems.

We have experience in the integration of renewable and low Carbon technologies such as Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Photovoltaic (PV) solar panels and can advise on the technical, regulatory and financial implications of such choices.

We deal with numerous commercial premises, both new build and refurbishments for private and public clients; Therefore we are well positioned to give informative advice on uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and emergency generators.

Ingleton Wood has many years’ experience in lift design including transport analysis and DDA compliance; where necessary our engineers can work closely with our access consultants to provide a full design package.
