Beacon Rise is a new-build development of 75 high quality flats on Newmarket Road in Cambridge. Built by Aspen Build Ltd. for Luminus Group, the project comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units along with a commercial space, all set over a large underground car park.

The building includes two garden courtyards to the rear and steps down from the Newmarket Road frontage to allow many of the flats a private terrace with views right across Cambridge.

Ingleton Wood have developed an existing planning-approved design alongside Aspen, implementing a number of environmental strategies and enabling a quick and efficient build process.
