As a leader in the field of environmental design, Ingleton Wood recognised early the importance of considering the sustainability agenda. We have completed a considerable number of social housing schemes which have required Code compliance from level 3 to level 6.

Our environmental input includes advice on low and zero Carbon energy sources, on any scale from single room to single building to masterplan. We can assess payback periods and return on investment, and can integrate the M&E services with the architectural design for maximum sustainability.

Our Sustainability team work closely alongside our engineers, advising at an early stage to ensure BREEAM or Code for Sustainable Homes requirements are embedded into a design and not introduced later at additional cost.
