We were appointed by Morgan Sindall to develop a Reserved Matters Application for 42 apartments that formed part of a hybrid planning application.
Our Architecture and Building Services teams were involved from RIBA Stages 3-5. Mechanically, Leyland Court is connected to the adjacent Blossom Court via a centralised plant network from a main plant room and service ducts below the ground surface. This allowed for space to be conserved in what is a constrained footprint maximising the area that could be used for residential accommodation.
The apartment block benefits from a substantial shared roof terrace that has been landscaped and features views towards the city of London.
