Latchmere House
A roof inspection was carried out to identify any defects at the roof line and above. Whilst the site is located on a self-contained parcel of land, site constraints made it difficult to access all roof areas via a cherry picker or similar.
Due to the site constraints, our client opted to undertake the roof inspection using a drone. On completion of our inspection, a full condition report of the roof was provided - including, identified defects, recommendations for repair and a full set of photographs and videos.
Former Charles Edward School
A drone survey was commissioned to identify defects to all roofing areas to determine the extent of roof repairs required to reinstate the building to a wind and watertight condition.
The inspection was instructed on this basis, with only the footage required and not a full condition report. Using the extensive footage provided our client was able to review and identify the roof defects independently.
