Ingleton Wood have supported Southend on Sea Borough Council and The Parallel Learning Trust in providing a refurbished educational building suitable for teaching children from 5 -18 years of age with significant learning and behavioural difficulties.

The scheme included the refurbishment of 15 class bases, school gym, toilets and shower facilities, incorporating modern colour schemes to help and enrich the teaching environment for the pupils and staff alike.

Ingleton Wood provided a multi-disciplinary service, including all architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design, full tender and procurement delivery, contract administration and CDM services from inception through to completion.
