6th Form Conversion, Guildhall

4B Guildhall is located within the heart of Norwich City Centre and owned by Norwich City Council. The project was to refurbish a former office building which has been vacant for a number of years. This required a complete overhaul and remodel of the internal building layout to provide 6no. new teaching spaces for 6th Form Students with new modern fittings and finishes throughout. The project required the involvement of both Listed Building planning consent. 

The project exhibited a range of challenges which both Ingleton Wood and NCL Contractors were able to overcome to deliver a high-quality teaching space expansion for Inspiration Trust for the September 2023 term.
