Daniel Legg

As a Fellow of the RICS Daniel has over 25 years’ experience in delivering Building Surveying services across a variety of sectors including private residential, education and commercial. As well as a partner, Daniel continues to head up a Building Surveying department in our London office and is also a qualified Principal Designer.

Daniel has extensive Building Surveying and Project Management experience predominantly for the private residential sector, working alongside freeholders, property management companies and property developers. Daniel also continues to work within the public sector with clients such as Corporation of London and Westminster Council.

Daniel maintains a ‘hands on’ approach to Building Surveying by providing a range of Building Surveying services for key clients such as HLM, Cadogan Estates, London Block Management, Apt Property Management, Rendall and Rittner, Warwick Estates, HML and Principia.
