Steven is a Director leading the commercial building surveying team at Ingleton Wood’s Billericay office, focusing on providing quality, detailed and knowledgeable professional services to the private commercial sector.

Steven has extensive experience providing a wide range of professional and project services to commercial investors, property managers, occupiers and developers with over 23 years in property consultancy.

His experience includes project management, contract administration and project monitoring of refurbishment, conversion and new build projects from defects rectification to substantial redevelopment schemes. Steven also provides expert services in pre-acquisition technical due diligence, dilapidations disputes, party wall and neighbourly matters and provides expert surveyor services in connection with building defects and construction disputes.
