The ‘Turrets’ is a Grade II Listed Building located on the upper school site of St.Mary’s School in Colchester. The building is in the ‘gothic curiosity’ style with battlements, turrets and gothic pointed windows, and is around 190 years old.
Ingleton Wood received an initial instruction to undertake a detailed survey of the building and prepare an asset management plan.

Following this process Ingleton Wood were then commissioned to design, specify and manage a programme of external maintenance and repair works over 2 phases comprising pitched slate roofing, flat roofing, window repairs and replacements, external render repairs and redecorations. The works were the subject of an application for Listed Building Consent. |
