Condition and Asset Management, UK MoD and USAF

Ingleton Wood provide a number of condition and assets surveys across the UK MoD and USAF estate. A recent project has been to undertake conditions surveys associated with the building and building services within a high secure facility. Resulting in a collection of data to provide a 10-year planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule complete with costings and identification of critical works to ensure the facility can remain operational.

Minor works associated with condition and asset management include window replacement schemes, roof replacement, building services repairs and maintenance together with other minor maintenance and repair projects. Including interior upgrades and building modernisation.
