During the last 5 years the team have been and continue to be involved in similar schemes with an estimated contract value of more than £200m and over 2500 homes. Our residential experience has enabled the defence team to use this experience and knowledge to develop a number of schemes associated with Single Living Accommodation across the MOD and USAF Estate.
