Ingleton Wood were appointed to carry out dilapidations and project consultancy services in connection with a 100,000sq.ft. office on Fleet Street.

Acting as project manager, contract administrator and principal designer for the office refurbishment including common parts.

Our team managed the design process and coordinated interior design, services engineering and sustainability aspects. Our remit including compiling tender documentation to obtain competitive tenders, followed by contract administration through to completion.
