Ingleton Wood were instructed to carry out dilapidations and project consultancy services in connection with a 180,000sq.ft. warehouse in Milton Keynes.

Services included analysing lease documentation, inspections and preparing a terminal schedule of dilapidations. Conducting negotiations and achieving a settlement of approximately £2m.

We were subsequently instructed to implement the dilapidations works by preparing specifications, drawings and tendering internal and external repairs, reinstatement and redecorations. We then acted as contract administrator for the works through to completion.
