David Williams

David joined Ingleton Wood in 2015 and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with particular experience within the areas of project management, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, party walls, condition surveys, feasibility studies, design, specification, building pathology and defects analysis.

David has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with specialist knowledge and experience acquired over a broad spectrum of projects across various industry sectors including education, retail, residential, commercial, PFI, local and central government, ecclesiastical and MoD.
