Ingleton Wood was appointed to provide a computer-based stock condition survey. The commission included a 10-year maintenance plan and 25-year budget profile based upon life cycle replacement and costing. The survey included assessments for the condition and building services.
The surveys included Fire Stations, offices, drill towers and domestic dwellings totalling 103 properties.
The Practice also provides professional services to the County’s Fire Stations including:

- Replacement floor to appliance bay
- Asbestos removal and replacement
