Paul Kelly

Paul joined the Practice in 2023 as a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction and property industry.

Paul has worked within both the private and public sectors, with an extensive portfolio of project experience covering residential, commercial, healthcare, leisure, and education. 

Paul’s experience spans across both professional and project work and he currently leads a team in the Billericay Office focusing on project delivery through contract administration and project management.

He has a keen professional interest in building pathology, contract administration and procurement strategy and guidance.
