Rebecca Howard

Rebecca joined the practice as a Senior Planner in 2018, the same year she became Chartered, and was promoted to Associate in 2022. 

Rebecca has extensive experience of providing planning consultancy advice on a range of projects including residential, leisure, education and commercial development. Rebecca started her career in Local Planning Authority (based in both Essex and Suffolk), and as such has a detailed understanding of the strategies required to secure planning permission. Prior to joining Ingleton Wood, Rebecca was working for a London based Planning Consultancy dealing predominantly with new residential development. As such, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the London policies, as well as an understanding of housing need across East Anglia, which she applies to the projects that she manages at Ingleton Wood.
