What is a public consultation?

The planning system seeks to strengthen community and stakeholder involvement and encourages people to participate in the development of their local surroundings. We understand that in order to try to reach agreement within communities people need to be involved from the early stages of the planning process.

This consultation is therefore the opportunity for the public and other stakeholders to provide their comments on the development proposals prior to the plans being formally submitted to the Local Planning Authority.

Please take this opportunity to review the development proposals and provide your thoughts and comments, so that these can be considered by the client and their design team prior to any formal submission.

How do I use this virtual public consultation page?

As you hover over the boards you will be able to select them, the same applies to the video content. Once selected these will open and you will be able to review the design and project information that they contain.

It is advised that the boards are read in a clockwise direction to assist in explaining the design development behind the scheme and the current stage that the design team have progressed the proposals to.

Once you have had the opportunity to review the proposals, we would welcome your thoughts and comments on the scheme, which can be provided using the ‘comments’ link.

What if I can’t open the documents?

Please contact marketing@ingletonwood.co.uk referencing the development name and we will organise an alternative means for you to view the project information.
