Alice joined Ingleton Wood in 2015 as a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. With over 10 years’ industry experience working in private consultancy, Alice has extensive expertise in undertaking the variety of instructions typical of a building surveyor including contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, licence to alter and defect analysis.
Alice currently works in Ingleton Wood’s commercial team continuing to undertake a varied workload, with particular emphasis on dilapidations instructions, for a range of Clients including property agents, local authorities, and Occupiers and Landlords with national portfolios. Alice is also an RICS APC Counsellor and Supervisor.
